Possible usernames for log-in testing are (corresponding roles in parentheses):

The password in every case is "test".
At this point, the only visible demonstrations of this functionality are:
- The log-in status control at the top of the right column will update to show
"Logged in as" and the 'real' name of the currently logged-in user
(mock data for affiliates), as well as a "Log Out" command in place of the
"Login" command
- For Affiliate users only: the content of the Affiliate Members area
changes dramatically, as private pages (including application forms) become
available
