We’re looking to grow our administrative team at Russell Aquatics with a full-time administrator! The ideal candidate has an upbeat and friendly attitude at all times and is dedicated to creating strong relationships with clients. At Russell Aquatics, we are committed to providing families with the best experience possible while teaching an essential life skill. Our team is passionate about the importance of swimming lessons and it’s important to us that families feel safe and welcome within our facility.

As an administrator, responsibilities would include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to every family we serve

- Overseeing Customer Service Representatives entering student attendance and contacting each person after two no call/no show absences in a row

- Following up with each new client to ensure they are happy with service

- Assisting with making & moving bookings as needed and assist and resolve any client issues that may arise

- Relaying any pertinent information given to them through calls or conversations with clients to management team for training and follow up

- Completing client complaint forms as needed and direct them to the appropriate employee to be resolved in a timely manner

- Contacting families on waitlist when openings become available in a timely manner

- Handling class requests from parents

- Assisting with making and moving bookings as needed

Handling instructor requests from parents

- Taking payments and address outstanding balances

- Directing customers to where they need to go for classes and to the proper employee to fulfill their requests

- Assisting new clients with creating accounts & reviewing our policies/procedures

- Executing daily administrative duties as necessary including telephone, e-mail, filing and customer service duties

- Carrying out any other responsibilities as delegated by general manager

- Attending all weekly meetings

Ideal candidates will have:

- High school diploma, GED or an equivalent

- Strong communication skills

- The ability to work evenings and weekends

- Proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets
