Job Description
Northstar Aquatics Montessori School is a warm, community-focused swim program dedicated to helping children develop confidence, water safety skills, and a lifelong love for swimming. We are proud to offer a saltwater pool maintained at a comfortable 85°F year-round, providing an ideal environment for both swimmers and instructors.
We are currently hiring Swimming Instructors for our Spring Session, with opportunities for year-round employment.
Work Schedule :
- Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience as a Swim Instructor
- National Lifeguard Certification (current)
- Swim Instructor Certification (current)
- Standard First Aid with CPR-C (current)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
