Lifeguard / Swim and After Care Instructor
You are an energetic, experienced swim instructor looking for a part-time position during the school months of September to June each year. You love working with young children and have approximately 12 to 15 hours each week to dedicate to this role. You will work as a member of a team assisting with the Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 Red Cross Swim Program.
In addition, you will work with our After Care team to provide creative programming after school.
Hours from Monday to Friday
Pool Instruction: 12:00 to 3:00 pm
After Care Instruction: 3:00 to 5:00 pm
Additional hours may be required from time-to-time.
Two to three years’ experience working in an educational, public recreation or camp setting is ideal. Current National Lifeguard, Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, First Aid and CPR certificates are required.
