Availability of 20-40 hours per week, including weekend, weekday and holidays. Minimum of 20 hours/week required
Positions require outdoor work for extended periods of time through various weather conditions including heat and humidity
All staff are required to attend mandatory training sessions throughout the month of May (evenings and all weekends), as well as weekly or bi-weekly in-season training
As part of the Hamilton Conservation Authority team you may be scheduled and asked to report to a different conservation area to assist with special events, staffing shortages, etc. throughout the length of your employment period
Criminal Records and Judicial Matters check are required for all positions at the applicants own expense and must be submitted prior to commencing work

Required Qualifications
- 14 years of age or older
- valid CPR Level C and Standard First Aid considered an asset
- valid Bronze Cross considered an asset
