Job Description
With strong relatonship-building, organization, and communication skills, the Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for ensuring member satisfaction within the Aquatics Program through the development, evaluation, and promo on of aquatic offerings. This role also supports workforce development by coordinating all advanced aquatics courses across the Association. Additional responsibilities include instruction for swimming lessons, lifeguarding and serving as a member of the Balsillie Branch leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated aquatics leader with a passion for mentorship and program development to make a lasting impact. Required Qualifications
Standard First Aid & CPR C, AED
National Lifeguard Certified
Lifesaving Society Instructor
YMCA Swim Instructor
Lifesaving Society Advanced Instructor
Standard First Aid Instructor & Examiner
Bronze Cross Examiner
YMCA Aqua Fitness Instructor
Display leadership skills and have a strong desire to share your skills and experience with others
