Eligibility criteria

The Canadian Athlete Representative must meet both of the following criteria:

1. National Team Member within the last eight years.
2. Current Registered Athlete in good standing.

Le représentant des athlètes canadiens doivent satisfaire tout les trois critères suivants:

Nominators must be registered high performance athletes in good standing. Les mises en candidature doivent être des athlètes de haute performance en bonne réputation.

Submit the nomination

By submitting this form, the nominee confirms the following:

1. Nominator is a high performance athlete in good standing.
2. Nominee meets the eligibility criteria for Canadian athlete rep (above).
3. Nominee agrees to stand as athlete rep for a two year term.
