About the Role
The Aquatic Centre Supervisor is a key leadership role, responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the Aquatic Centre, its programs, and services. You’ll join an energetic team of professionals who are passionate about aquatic safety, community recreation, and delivering exceptional experiences.
As Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and inspire a dynamic team of aquatic staff
- Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards
- Oversee programs, certifications, and customer service delivery
- Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our Aquatic Centre

- Wage: $33.02 – $40.61/hour (40 hours per week)

Required Qualifications
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated leader with:
- National Lifeguard – Pool Certification
- National Lifeguard Instructor (Trainer preferred) Certification
- Lifesaving Swim Instructor (Trainer preferred) Certification
- Lifesaving Instructor (Trainer preferred) Certification
- Intermediate First Aid CPR-C & AED (Instructor certification preferred) Certification
- Pool Operator Level I & II (Level II preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate)
- Supervisory experience
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
