Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for families arriving at our swim school. This is a customer-facing position that involves greeting families, answering questions, and assisting with day-to-day front desk duties. Evening and weekend availability are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet families and children with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls, emails and respond to basic customer questions
- Assist with scheduling, class bookings, and payments using iClassPro software (training provided)
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable
- Communicate with instructors and supervisors as needed
- Handle minor customer concerns and escalate when necessary
- Ensure cleanliness of changerooms and facility throughout shift
Required Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and great with kids and families
- Comfortable using a computer (experience with iClassPro is a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual, especially for evening and weekend shift
- Previous customer service or reception experience is a bonus
