Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for families arriving at our swim school. This is a customer-facing position that involves greeting families, answering questions, and assisting with day-to-day front desk duties. Evening and weekend availability are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet families and children with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Answer phone calls, emails and respond to basic customer questions
  • Assist with scheduling, class bookings, and payments using iClassPro software (training provided)
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Communicate with instructors and supervisors as needed
  • Handle minor customer concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure cleanliness of changerooms and facility throughout shift

Required Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, approachable, and great with kids and families
  • Comfortable using a computer (experience with iClassPro is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable and punctual, especially for evening and weekend shift
  • Previous customer service or reception experience is a bonus
