The courses posted are provided by the organizers. When you find what you want, contact the organizers directly to register. You should confirm the course details - dates, locations, times and costs - when you register because something might have changed since the organizers provided their information to Find a Course.

The courses listed here represent just some of the courses being run in Ontario. If you can't find what you want, call your local pool or the Lifesaving Society to get the phone number of a pool in your area.
