Job Description

Purpose

Responsible for ensuring the high-volume, accurate entry and management of critical examination, customer, and account data within the Lifesaving Society’s databases. Beyond data management, this role requires strong problem-solving skills and customer service excellence.

$54,769 per annum

Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input high-priority exam records, customer profiles, and account transactions smoothly into CSM databases.

  • Pre-Processing Integration: Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of all sourceinformation before it is entered to eliminate upstream errors.

  • Data Integrity & Auditing: Regularly review system data for deficiencies, errors, orincompatibilities, proactively correcting issues to keep database records pristine.

  • Compliance & Operational Policy: Strict adherence to operational policies and dataprocedures to ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • Omnichannel Support: Provide prompt, professional, and efficient responses tocustomer account inquiries via email.

  • Information Fulfillment: Receive and accurately process detailed requests foraccount-specific information.

Trust Building: Cultivate sustainable relationships and trust with customers andaffiliates through open, transparent, and interactive communication.

Operational Operations

  • Safety & Compliance: Actively participate in maintaining a safe, organized, andsecure working environment.

  • Operational Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving team objectives.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Data Accuracy & Attention to Detail (Level 2): Proven ability to manage high-volume data entry with minimal error rates. Demonstrates strong pattern recognition to identify inconsistencies or gaps in data source files before entry.

  • Interpersonal & Collaborative Communication (Level 2): Collaborates with team members in a professional and respectful manner to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Comfortably handles sensitive stakeholder conversations over the phone and via email.

  • Adaptability & Cultural Alignment (Level 2): Thrives in a collaborative team environment consistent with the Lifesaving Society's culture of providing excellent products and services. Able to balance shifting priorities between quiet data analysis and active customer support..

  • Compliance & Operational Policy: Strict adherence to operational policies and dataprocedures to ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • 1–3 years of experience in high-volume data entry, database administration, or a combined customer service/administrative environment.
  • Proficiency with CSM databases, CRM software, or similar relational database systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working Conditions:
