Lifesaving Factoid

The Heart and Stroke Foundation says Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), when introduced into a strong community or workplace system for responding to cardiac arrest, can save the lives of 30% or more of the 35-40,000 Canadians who die of sudden cardiac arrest every year.
